My First Cross Stitch Since High School

It started from small beginnings and working for 4+ hours a night...

And slowly grew and grew, as I needed to finish it before my best friends baby was born! Eventually after about 3 months, and Seb's birth, I was able to finish!! I obviously had to wait for him to be born, so I could do his name and birth date :) Below is the finished product!!

this to date is one of the coolest cross stitchs i have done
i love mario and wanted to do a full mario picture with all the cool little
dudes that are apart of the game.
some patterns i found online and some i had to make
it took a few months to stitch and three weeks to frame.
it now thats centre stage in the middle of our biggest wall!

know your shrooms

which one is which? lol
so venetta asks.......
this was a cool little one i wanted to do
most of the mushrooms can be found in the mario games
but a few i had to make patterns for.
would anyone like to name that shroom??

ages of mario

this was the first mario x stitch that i found and wanted to do. i
found the pattern online and i just added to boot mario into the mix
great for anyone who loves super mario

kitty in the window

cute little kitty cross stitch that i saw in a shop and had to do it!
not for a beginners but was a great test of my skills
now just to get it framed

bath time

one of the first x stitch i did
i was about 16 at the time and i had framed it myself.
turned out great and it had been hanging on the wall at my folks house until
i ran out the door with it under my arm! lol

noahs ark

what can i say about this x stitch?
well it took me about two years off and on to finish!
was glad to finish in the end but looks cute.
reminds me of our house! lol

me to you bears!
there is three different patterns here that i stitched
and then had framed!
i love the me to you bears, great patterns and
and look great when finished
took me about three month to do all three patterns

three's a crowd

so this photo is of the three dogs that run the house!
the tiny small dog at the back is oakley and big black one is kira
and the one at the front is bebe
bebe is a princess, kira is a big baby and oakley is a big small tuff dog! lol

mister chicka

this is chicka
the crazy bird that has a very loud voice lol
he loves to talk to him self and loves to give us kisses!

so this is the first post for krafty sew n sew!
wanted to start with the kittys.
left to right we have
bruce (fatty man), blaze (fluffy man) and barry (skinny man)
all are great kittys and are heaps of fun.
